    4. The entire information data reports scores analytics etc. covered in (i) (ii) and (iii) above are collectively referred to as “Information”;
    5. You hereby authorise Perfios to disclose to and share with the Bank the Information;
    6. That the Bank may process retain and/or use the Information as per Bank’s discretion for the purposes of credit appraisal fraud detection anti-money laundering obligations for entering into contract for direct marketing for developing credit scoring models and business strategies for monitoring for evaluating and improving the quality of services and  products for other legitimate purposes to share with its affiliates and/or such third parties that the Bank has entered into agreements with and/or for cross-selling to me various products and services from time to time;
    7. to store and preserve the Information for such period as may be required for contract by law or for the Bank’s evidential and claims purposes whichever is longer; and
